Staying in Kauai

Known as the “Garden Isle” Kauai offers visitors breathtaking views and activities for all levels of adventure. You can lounge on the beautiful sandy beaches, snorkel, or even take a scenic helicopter ride around the island. The island is a great place to get a bike tour and take in some of the history of the island and at the end of the day take in the traditional Luau. For gentler adventures, try the Wailua River to the famed Fern Grotto, or Huleia River from Nawiliwili Harbor to the Menehune Fishpond and beyond. Ocean kayaking can be great for the entire family of all age levels and is peacful and offers some views you will not get from land. National Goegraphic even deemed the second best adventure in the country. So pack your bathing suits and and sun tan lotion and head to the Hawaiin island that is known for adventure and less crowds than some of the more traditional vacation spots.

Staying in Kauai can now be friendly to the environment as well. At  Kauai Ecotourism Vacation Rentals they strive to keep the beuaty of the islands and avoid the corporate feel that you may get with other vacation rentals.
